Up muscle machine for inner tank of solar water heater was developed by our company, mainly used for strengthen and make up muscle of water heater stainless steel tank.

The main technical performance

 

1. Main axis speed: ≤10m/min Steel rolling speed: less than 40S/pc

2.The reinforcement of inner tank divides into single muscle and semi-circular muscle with double muscle shape.

3. The hardness of the surface of up steel wheel is HRC50-60

4. The top roller was controlled by cylinder to make it pressure and rising

5. The lower axis is like cantilever, and balanced by the air flip chart to contol the displacement.

6.Place and remove the working pieces by man.

7. Drive system is motor→reduction gears→lower axis→upper axis.

The drive method of upper and lower axis is gear drive.

7.The length of the barrel is positioned by the localization plate of lower axis.

8.There is a positioning device to control the space between the hole to the up muscle of the bucket.
